Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Using the Veroso website or platform, including checks and reports (the “Service”), means you accept these terms for yourself and any organisation you are authorised to represent. A separate written agreement with us takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

Website and account access

Keep your account secure and tell us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring that people you invite may access your organisation’s information.

Product checks

Submit only URLs you are entitled to have checked. Demo reports are accessible to anyone with their link. Do not submit confidential information.

Information and compliance decisions

Veroso supports compliance work with software and automation. We offer neither legal advice nor a guarantee of compliance. You alone are responsible for checking product compliance, the accuracy of data you submit, and all final decisions on legal and regulatory requirements.

Our materials and external sources

We or our licensors own the Service, software, design, and branding. You may use the Service for its intended purpose. Third-party information remains subject to its source’s terms and rights; external websites are outside our control.

Country flags are from Twemoji, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and results are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Free services may be limited or withdrawn without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we have no liability for free services or their results. For paid services, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and lost profit, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability across all claims is capped at fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the first claim, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise. Features included in a paid subscription are paid services.

Third-party claims

You agree to indemnify Veroso and hold it harmless against third-party claims and associated penalties or damages connected with your use of the Service, including decisions based on its results or recommendations.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The current version will be posted here with its update date and notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively; continued use means you accept the revised terms. For questions about these terms, use our contact page.

The Service is operated by Veroso Limited (“we” or “us”), registered in England and Wales, company number 17486524.
