Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Veroso handles when you visit our public website, submit a product URL for a demo scan, or contact us. It covers the public website, not the signed-in platform.

Who we are

Veroso operates this website. You can contact us about this policy or information you have sent us through our contact page.

What information we handle and why

When you open a page, your browser sends our server a request containing your IP address, the page address, and browser headers. We use that request to return the page. We do not track website visitors or run website analytics.

If you submit a product-page URL for a demo scan, we keep a record of the URL so we can run the scan and show its result. Please submit only public product pages: a URL can itself contain personal information, such as details in its query string.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use that information to reply to you. The public website does not ask for a name or email address to use the demo scan.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the public website. The page reads a light or dark theme preference stored in your browser; reading it does not send that preference to us. The public page does not set tracking cookies.

Sharing and location

We do not use data processors for the public website or transfer information collected through it outside Europe.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion of information you sent us. Other rights may apply under data protection law, including the right to object to certain uses and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us through our contact page.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date if our public website or the way we handle information changes.
